Quotations
Quotations are based on the product, quantity, branding method and deadline discussed and remain valid for the period stated in the quotation.
Artwork & approval
Customers are responsible for the accuracy of supplied artwork. Production begins only after written approval of the mockup and completion of payment requirements.
Production & delivery
O-Express orders are normally produced within 3–5 working days after approval and payment. Opra Standard orders normally take approximately 4–6 weeks. Timelines are indicative and may vary per product and project.
